Refund policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are unique and produced specifically for your order.
However, we are happy to offer a free replacement or a refund in the case of a misprinted, damaged, or defective item. Please be sure to submit a claim within 14 days of receiving your item. Depending on the scenario, costs of returning items will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
